I haven't been blogging much the last few months, and I've noticed how much less inspired I've felt as a result, especially when it comes to getting dressed. I always have an itch this time each year to step up my outfits, so I thought I'd do a little "research" for all of you and share some of the pieces I've found!

Everyone could use an oversized silky top. (on sale- under $40) + chic ribbed sweatpants (similar pair under $20 here!)

These loafers are SUCH A GOOD DEAL right now. I just ordered them and I'm so excited.

Love this knit sweater dress (under $40) -- love this one too with a turtleneck

These velvet mules are fabulous. 

Perfect suede booties under $100

These tall boots look gorgeous and are more affordable than other pairs I've been seeing

Other pieces worth noting...

I especially LOVE this ruffle-trim chocolate brown cardigan and these shorts (shorts for fall? actually groundbreaking)

The girly spin on this denim jacket is everything.

If I thought I could pull off these incredibly chic split-hem leggings I would 100% be purchasing. 

This cream button-front sweater is... perfect.
