1. Happy Friday! Wow, I can't believe how productive this week was for me. One of my senior teammates at work was on vacation this week, leaving me to take over many of her responsibilities, and it was a crazy week of learning, skill-strengthening, exposure... all of the good things! I feel like I learned and improved so much and it's a great feeling to head into the weekend with!
2. Speaking of productivity, I finally shared my top tips for boosting my motivation in yesterday's blog post. If you're in a rut, or even just looking for ways to boost your motivation throughout the day, check out the post here and let me know if you implement any of my tips!
3. I shared my dresser reveal on my IG this week!! I am so happy with how it turned out. I am thinking of writing an entire post on the supplies I used and the process... would you be interested in that?
4. This chunky knit scarf and this lime green one are both around $20 and soo cute!
5. This huge outerwear sale has so many great finds! I love this cropped fur jacket, and this chic coat is an amazing deal at just $60!
6. Completely shifting gears and thinking about spring (even though there are two feet of snow on the ground) this dress is soo cute... comes in three colors and would be the easiest / cutest to just throw on in the springtime.
7. Madewell is having 20% off everything this weekend and I am loving their comfy collection -- these are some of my fave pieces:
8. Just finished Such a Fun Age this week and it was SOO good. Highly recommend, especially this monnth as it's Black History Month and *even more* important to support Black female authors!
9. I bought this room spray a couple of weeks ago and I really love it. The scent is very fresh and fruity (but refreshing- not sweet) and it's truly elevated my morning vibe. I spray it around my room after I make my bed, which is the very first thing I do in the morning! Did I mention it's only $10?!
10. Because I took the past two-ish weeks off blogging, I didn't share much about my Valentine's Day! Joe and I made lobster tails for dinner last Saturday and spent the entire weekend last weekend enjoying each other's company and playing lots of Scrabble, Gin, and Monopoly. We had negative temperatures here in Wisconsin (similar to the rest of the country this week!) so we stayed inside all weekend, and are really looking forward to doing the opposite this weekend. I am thinking of a brewery visit or maybe just a long walk since it'll be in the mid-30's?! (basically summer temps after the -10's last weekend!) Do you have any weekend plans?
xoxo
