What I'm Packing for Rhode Island + The Hamptons

I leave Sunday morning for a two-week trip to see my extended family, and I am so excited to be back in Boston, Rhode Island, and the Hamptons for a little bit. I am so looking forward to seeing my dad and all of my family on his side, and I'm kind of excited about what I'm packing too, so I thought I'd share a peak into my suitcase!

My brother and I land in Boston on Sunday morning for Father's Day, and I ordered this gorgeous top from J. Crew that I'd probably pair with my favorite white jeans. I ordered it to my house instead of my apartment so I'm really hoping when I get back to Milwaukee tonight that it fits and looks cute-- I think it's such a fabulous piece. I love the halter and scarf print.

note on my white jeans: they are my favorite, favorite pair and on sale right now! they are high rise and stretchy so they're super comfortable and the kick flare is really flattering. all of my roommates have the same pair in different washes. I wear a size 27.

On Monday we will head to Rhode Island to spend a few days with my grandma. Think beach days, lobster rolls, definitely some doughboys from Iggy's and black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream. This is my favorite swimsuit I own, but I also have and love one similar to this that I'll be packing.

I also ordered this tie-dye t-shirt from J. Crew which I think will be cute and casual to wear with jean shorts and a bucket hat. 

On Thursday night is our annual family party. This year we are having it at the Weekapaug Inn in Westerly, RI. My grandma is sick and unable to travel very far so we didn't want to make her come all the way to the Hamptons for no reason... it's like a five-hour drive. I ordered this dress and this dress to wear, but I prefer how this one looks on me.

On Friday we will head to our home in the Hamptons where I will likely stay the week and through the Fourth of July. This white dress I ordered is absolutely gorgeous in person, and I probably will wear it one day if we go shopping in East or South Hampton, with my big straw hat (extra 60% off right now!) and lace-up sandals. I also ordered this top for the Fourth of July!

Of course, I'll be wearing my favorite sunglasses the entire time!
