Happy Monday, loves! I'm so sorry, again, for the lack of posting, but today I am sharing my new addiction. It's basically my personal form of crack, #sorrynotsorry. The other day I was at a friend's house after school and we were having just a typical afternoon snack. If you know anything about me, I'm addicted to chocolate. However, I gave chocolate up for lent, so I've sort of been eating peanut butter nonstop. SO, anyways, I was about to have a banana with peanut butter but then I decided I wanted some almond milk to go with that. You know, wash it down, whatever.
Um. Peanut butter, banana, almond milk.... BLEND IT TOGETHER. I wanted to cry. It tasted like heaven, and it's so good for you. Amazing amounts of protein, beyond filling (I shouldn't have finished it, I was so full, but it tasted too good). It's like a smoothie but it sounds more exciting to call it a milkshake. And how easy is that?! Just three ingredients.
After lent I'm definitely going to try this one with a little (or a lot) nutella and let you know how that goes! I've seen a ton of variations for this idea on Pinterest, too, so let me know if there's anything I can add or exchange to make it even better!! Can you tell I'm literally obsessed with this drink?
Have you made any new discoveries recently? Let me know if you try this and tell me what you think!
xoxo
