Last weekend, when it was still chilly (I love that I can actually say that!), I went to brunch and shopping as I mentioned in yesterday's post. Ever since I started driving I've been venturing to a lot more fun places than before, usually downtown. Carin discovered this new brunch spot that we were both dying to try for the crepes (which ended up tasting like God) and we got to explore a whole new area of town because of it!

 I channeled my inner Pinterest-street-style self and threw on layering basic pieces to sport a simple and comfy outfit. Ripped and jeans and converse are the ultimate combination. Since this pair of jeans sold out, shop other distressed denim below:
