After I left Miami I was lucky enough to go on a second spring break, so to speak, to Killington, Vermont with my dad and brother! We had an amazing ski weekend in Killington with perfect weather and the best snow for skiing because of the blizzard earlier that week. I had never skied out east before, only in Utah in the Rocky's and at home in Wisconsin, so this was such a fun experience and I absolutely loved it. I have been skiing since I was in second grade, and I ski with Jack sometimes because he is literally pro, but I love getting to go skiing with my dad and my brother because they love to ski as well.
I flew out of Miami on Wednesday morning with my friend that I went with, and we flew to Providence where we planned to meet my Dad and go to dinner with my grandma. Um, to make a long story short, my dad slept through his flight that morning, and he wasn't going to make it to Providence. My grandma also had been in Florida at the same time with her friends, and her flight had been delayed so she wasn't going to make it back to Providence either. Stranded at the airport, Caroline and I Uber'ed to the Biltmore Hotel to store our bags for the afternoon and grabbed avocado toast, walked around downtown, and picked up acai bowls before ultimately taking the train to Boston to stay at my aunt's house for the night.
My dad arrived the next night in Boston with my brother (Thursday). Caroline and I had spent the majority of the day cooking dinner for that night, making our own smoothie bowls (#proud) and just relaxing.
Friday morning, my dad, aunt, Caroline, and I went to Cycle Bar class (similar to Soul Cycle) to kick off our St. Patty's day. It was so much fun! Of course, that was followed up with more smoothie bowls....We did a few festive things that afternoon for the holiday and then my brother, dad, and I dropped off Caroline at the airport and drove to Vermont!

I had never been to Vermont before, but I went to Maine this summer and it is similar in the sense that they are both very down to earth, relatively remote states. The vibe is so natural and the scenery is gorgeous wherever you look.
We had a white Jeep wrangler for the weekend (aka my dream car) and I was shamelessly obsessed.

On Saturday we skied from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday I skied from 8 AM to about 1 PM when I had to leave to go to the airport in Rutland. The airport was so funny... like the size of a cabin, and each of us had to be individually weighed so we could be arranged on the plane. To give you a little perspective: the airplane was so small that my suitcase couldn't even fit on it! They had to mail it to me... ha.
The view though... (this wasn't out of the tiny plane! lol those wings were more like just propellers)
Overall it was an amazing trip, the skiing was the best skiing I've ever done, and I loved my spring break! To read my recap from the first half of my break click here!
How was your break?

Your spring break sounded amazing! I love Caroline's American flag tank! Do you know where it's from?
